The location for this Family Beach House “Down the Shore” was perfect, but the house had seen better days. The Owner’s wanted a unique design of a Contemporary Stature with Traditional Materials. The challenge for Rothe Architects was working within the constraints of the zoning and meeting the Owner’s Program. The result is a 3 Story, 4 bedroom Beach House in approximately 1,600 square foot - Exceeding Expectations.
